Great price, speedy service - only thing preventing 5 stars was poor packaging. Item arrived loose in a plastic bag - only good fortune prevented it being damaged in transit.

I bought this machine since I needed a cleaner to scrub my kitchen floor. I have dogs and it's been a long winter. Mopping my vinyl floor was not so successful. So I tried this machine. It's ok but not perfect I do need to try the brushes and different cleaners. It's more my dogs fault they get over excited and have left many grooves and scratches. I just wish I could buy a floor covering that is totally dog proof.

Easy to order, received really quickly. This was a replacement, the old one, after many years of sweeping, required a new handle. The new Ewbank seems to pick even more up off the carpet. Good value, excellent sweeper

I have been pleasantly surprised by how good this little ewbank is. It is so easy to dismantle to empty and check filters and is efficient in cleaning the floors. All good.

Disappointed with the Ewbank sweeper. It does not pick up well, even with two or three backwards and forwards the floor is not clear. I bought it because I wanted a quick option for crumbs etc in the kitchen, but it is nothing like the Ewbank I had many years ago. The handle is also quite shoogly. Sorry, Ewbank but very disappointing product.

Ordered the Eubank SC1000 steam cleaner in the morning. Paid for next day delivery. Registered as a customer. Got regular emails as to progress of my purchase. Item was delivered the next day in the morning. Well packed. The machine itself is absolutely wonderful. Powerful, versatile, lasts for ages before needing a refill. Steam is very powerful and shoots quite far. We cleaned a filthy interior of a car we'd just bought with this cleaner ( the main reason we got the cleaner) it made the job 100 times easier. And got rid if filth we thought would never come out. The car is like a new car inside. Showroom condition. This little machine is great. Wish I'd bought it years ago.

Embank is tried and tested make bought from my first carpet sweeper bought in the early seventies to this new cleaner / polisher for my vinyl flooring now I myself am in my mid seventies. It is so easy to use and just love it.
