The product although well packaged leaked sadly

Dust holder supplied for a small Ewbank.Excellent service

I bought my manual floor sweeper direct from the company website. It's a good sweeper for the light crumbs and dog hair between hooverings. Glad I bought from Ewbank with their years of experience. Delivery was timely.

Package delivered in time scale promised. Packing slightly damaged but no impact on contents.

This is great for picking up crumbs from your carpet. Handy when the grandkids visit. It uses people power so saves electricity and the planet

My Ewbank carpet shampooer was delivered fast and efficiently, however when the parcel arrived it was very damaged and had a hole in the side. Luckily the shampooer wasn’t damaged but it doesn’t look like the courier was very careful with the item.

The squirty bottle floor polish came only in a courier bag without a box. Because of this, all the knocks it must have endured during transit resulted in only half the bottle containing any polish, and as the bottle was soaking wet, the labels came right off when I touched them. A thoughtless and lazy delivery service!

I had a small issue with the ew bank, when i rang for support they were fantastic. I had return label instructions emailed to me and new ewbank the next day, which is excellent

I have always found Ewbank to be a very reliable and helpful company. Over the years I have owned many of their products that have aways met or surpassed expectations, the latest being the steam generator for which I ordered a new brush. The generator is still going strong but the brush was showing its hard life.
