All of descriptions stated 7 metres of cord it clearly said on the box just 5 metres. It still out there it comes with 7. bad misrepresentation of the product I've still not opened the box contacted ewbank nothing done still may send it back

Great little machine for keeping hard floors clean and shiny. A sensible size and weight for domestic use, it is easy to use and takes a lot of the kneeling and scrubbing out of the job.

Very good service

I made enquiries using the on-line form regarding an elderly relatives vacuum. It was an old model & it needed a new filter. The ones in the 'shop' looked similar but we're for a newer model. I tried to call them on a couple of occasions with no success but eventually got through. The lady on the end made enquiries & confirmed they should be suitable. I ordered them on line & they were very cheap for the items (eg 99p for a filter) but the p&p was £3.50. however still cheap in comparison to other makes. They came within a few days & I subsequently fitted them. This led to another query about the sound of the Motor. I sent another on-line query & they respond within a couple of days to advise that the motor was on its way out but still ok to use until it stops altogether & a new vacuum purchased. Mind you it was apparently 10 years old so it's had a good innings.

We had to replace our Ewbank sweeper which was bought in 1978. It had given us Sterling service over these past 43 years, but unfortunately it was getting very "tired". The new is very impressive and we hope it will gives may years of service.

I have a 10 year old Ewbank Polisher, but needed replacement Hook & Loop Plates. My model was no longer in production & the current model had different fixings. After a telephone call to Ewbank, they were able to find me the correct plates . A couple of days later they arrived, they are a perfect fit. Excellent, helpful & prompt Service.
