I ordered a watch as a present but subsequently received a message saying it was out of stock. The payment was refunded but it would be better if the website didn't display out of stock items in the first place.

Watch was for a birthday and is finally arrived just in time and conform description, but I ordered 11/15/2019 and received it 11/28/2019. They announced a quick shipping, but it wasn't so for my order. I send a mail 11/21/2019 without reaction. I send a second one 11/22/2019 with finally a reaction on 11/25/2019.

Very happy with the beautiful watch. Ordering online was very easy and communication was excellent. The Obaku watch was well packaged and delivery time super quick to New Zealand. Would definitely deal with this company again.

The colour was not really as expected. The VAND - WALNUT seems dark brown on the picture but has actually purple colours. The watch looks pretty but I cannot really wear it with everything i'd like to.

The service is fast and professional. Nevertheless the partner chosen for delivery (Fedex) is highly unprofessional and should be changed. It's been 3 weeks now that Fedex is trying to deliver the parcel another day that the planned one. I call the customer service each time, they reinsure me on the fact that the delivery will take place at the planned day but the carrier choose independently another day and as I'm home only one full day a week you understand the concern here. Obaku you're doing great product, don't scarify the customer experience with such an unprofessional partner.

The watch was exactly how it was presented on the website, the quality looks like the highest standards. The delivery was quicker than expected. That's will be the perfect Christmas present for my girlfriend!

I really like my new watch however the directions on how to use and set the chronograph don’t make sense and that function on my watch is somewhat useless. I brought this watch as one of my colleagues had it and I thought it looked good. He too have the same problem with the chronograph so it’s not just me!
