Really liked the design of the watch so bough it in the beginning of February. The watch is only 4 months old but the strap already started to ruin and the watch is super easily scratched, even though i work in the office so the most basic everyday use, which should not result in so many scratches if it is supposed to be steel. I could already see scratches on the watch 1 week after i bought it. Quite upset, hope they will improve the quality

I also bought an obaku watch. The watch was actually awesom. But its strap destroyed suddenly. I searched alot for the model. But didnt get it. Is there any chance of getting the strap

The watch designs are indeed nice. However, the quality are poor. Bought 2 watches with mesh straps and both the steel stucked out and hurt me. Worse thing is they can't be repaired, the whole strap has to be changed and the price is almost the watch's price. Quality is disappointing, the 'Obaku' alphabets also dropped off after 3 months of purchase, went to service centre to get it repaired and now the mesh steels caused problem. My watches are barely 9 months old and I went to the service centre twice already.

I loved the design of the ladies watches and bought one from a shop while on holiday in the uk. Unfortunately I found the glass starting to show scratches within a couple of months and a year ago the leather holding the buckle on separated but i managed to superglue this together. Now the leather strap has broken! It's still within the two year guarantee but I can't find the receipt. I'm in my sixties and I have never had so much trouble with any watch. Very disappointed.

Watch did not work when received sent e mail which has been ignored have sent a second e mail but I am not confident of a satisfactory response. Web site has no options for returns or replacement procedures. Thought I was dealing with a Danish company not one based in Hong Kong.

Obakus ure har så høj æstetisk kvalitet, så jeg har brugt længe på at finde ud af, hvilket jeg skulle eje (allerførst faldt jeg for deres mandeure, som desværre ikke sad pænt på mit kvindelige håndled). Jeg fandt endelig et simpelt og raffineret kvindeur, og slog til! På Black Friday vel at mærke (jeg er selv lidt splittet med fænomenet).. men jeg fik muligheden for at få et ekstra ur (af nogle udvalgte) med i købet, og synes alligevel det var et utroligt flot tilbud! :-) Handlen med Obaku via hjemmeside var uden problemer - deres brugerflade var nem at finde rundt i, betalingen gik fint. Det tog lidt tid fra at pengene blev trukket, til at pakken blev sendt - da de havde annonceret dette ifm Black Friday, var jeg helt forberedt på det! God info! Den manglende stjerne kommer pga leveringsfirmaet FedEx.. Jeg fik endelig besked fra FedEx om, at min pakke var på vej med seneste leveringsdato 03. december klokken 12, og om jeg ville ændre leveringsadressen. I og med, at jeg ikke ville være hjemme pågældende dag, får jeg arrangeret, at den kan leveres andetsteds. Jeg følger linket og ændrer adressen. Jeg forventer, at den vil opdatere leveringstidspunktet, som bliver stående på den 03. december dog uden tidspunkt! Jeg formoder, at dette stadig gælder så. Pakken kommer aldrig til den ændrede adresse... nå... jeg må bruge et kvarter på at komme igennem til kundeservice. Det viser sig, at de har sendt den til originaladressen!? Hun er heldigvis meget sød og serviceminded, og vi får aftalt det videre forløb. Jeg ender med at modtage min pakke dagen efter uden problem. Jeg har nu to meget fine Obaku ure og kunne ikke være gladere!

One of the best brand... Dont buy it in online they will send a bad one and for returning u have pay ur money that is almost 25% of your order for shipping charges. You will be forced to use the defect one. So dont buy it online....
