Really beautiful range of watches, excellent website and very easy to purchase from.

I recently did purchase my second obaku watch and I was very much satisfied with it. The watch was exactly as it was shown in the pictures on the obaku website. I am already eyeing another model. Hope I manage to buy it quickly.

I have endless problems with the clasp. It keeps coming undone. Yesterday it fell off my wrist and onto the street. Fortunately it was undamaged. I am actually scared to wear the watch now which defeats the purpose.

Shipping was a bit stressful. Obakus choice of shipping - FedEx - delivered two days after they told me to be home a whole day for them to deliver. So Obaku should choose a better shipping partner.

Received the watch with no problem, great quality and stylish as expected. However, the website experience was not great. The item was out of stock when I could go through with the checkout process without the website notifying me it's out of stock, I do not think this is out of hand for the company to make the website easier especially just to show if the item is in stock or not. I have been charged with converting fee. I have been prepared for it as I know this isn't the company's responsibility. However, the when my order got cancelled and I of course entitled to full refund because the order I was successfully charged for (because it was in stock on the website)got transferred back to me with the second time converting fee. So I have paid more and received less in refund for not having anything at all. This order should have not been able to go through at the first place. Then a week later it came back in stock, I made another order with yet again 3rd time converting fee. Website could not let me go through to check out this time so I needed manual payment from the staff. With all that saying, not the best experience buying the watch on the website no matter how much I enjoy the watch itself. Customer Support was great and responsive. I am just not sure if it's worth going through with this process and deduction again in the future.

Bonjour, j ai reçu une montre obaku pour Noël, elle est marron avec un bracelet cuir de le même couleur, je la trouve sympa, maintenant il faut du temps pour émettre un avis, mais esthétiquement parlant elle est jolie, je crois que son prix est de 199 euros à bientôt cordialement 😀.

I'm dying to get this Obaku Kvadrat watch! I'd checked all Obaku store in Malaysia, but they don't have gold colour, only silver & rose gold are available here.
