Our company, carpet and binding online limited have been using low cost parcels for a couple of years now and I have to say the service we have received has been extremely efficient. We have sent thousands of parcels with them all over the uk from our eBay shop business the bespoke carpet shop and our feedback from our customers regularly is about the speedy delivery service along with the quality of the goods we have sent. It goes without say that due to the amount of parcels sent over the courier network a parcel can go missing or be delivered slightly later than stated but this is extremely rare and if anything does go wrong the office staff at my local North Shields branch are always there to assist and help resolve any problems. Over a period of time we have received a great service from parcels being collected daily and shipped within 24 hours. Keep up the good work from an appreciative customer.

Paid vendor of goods for next day delivery who chose to use LCP (aka YODEL...alarm bells ringing yet ???). At this moment in time, ie 48hrs later and 24hrs after contracted and promised delivery was due,the online tracker is STILL showing “possible” delay at Hatfield terminal (490 miles from my home ) - POSSIBLE delay...I ask you - that’s just insult to injury ! I phoned the contact number and got the well trained and rehearsed automaton who could not and would not divert from her on screen script which only compounds my frustration ! As such,said individual was unable to identify the reason for delay (an alleged customer service helpline by the way !) and said the parcel will get there when it gets there...ye gods,the lack of compassion and respect was staggering. These people are a law unto themselves and their boundless arrogance should be a severe warning to all...pay a little bit more for a recognised,accountable & caring delivery company and be safe in the knowledge that you haven’t taken the day off work for a parcel that never comes. Stay clear of LCP/YODEL !

Well this is the first time I have had anything delivered through this company. I hadn't received my item yet and estimated delivery date tomorrow. Just checked tracking to see where the item is. And it says it's been delivered and signed for by my surname? Funny how I am at work and not home until 5pm. Yet at 11am they delivered to me. There is no card or no notice to say it's with any neighbours. I've even been next door to all neighbours to check it wasn't delivered accidentally to them. This should be a large box and it's a present for my wife for mothers day from our kids. So I'm hoping it hasn't been just left on my doorstep. As being South london...5 minutes later it's gone. No customer service to talk to as they only respond 9-5 mon to friday. But overall poor performance so far. As now I risk no gift for my wife.
