Excellent service

One of the worst experiences, three time they said they try to reach us but no one there and left the card , there is no card left even no one came to my home as i was at home for last two days beacuse of the parcel i was at home . They are truely not trusted company even customer service hanging the phone on u , Don't use this company still i am waitin form parcel god knows when its will come or will not come

Terrible service the driver keeps going to the wrong address

Atrocious 1. Next day delivery - promised Thus 14/12 - no show 2. Promised Fri 15/12 - no show 3. No promise - shows Sat 16/12 and left card stating redeliver Mon 18/12 4. Allege delivery attempted Sun 17/12 but no card and I was in all day. CCTV confirms no delivery attempted, they are lieing. This wouldn't be so bad if they didn't demand you wait in fom 07:30 to 21:00 each day for delivery. Then you learn they sub contract to Yodel. Need I say more

We have been shipping up to 10,000 parcels per month across the UK and have used just about every courier service over the last five years from Yodel, DPD, FedEx, UPS and Parcel Force. All of them have offered a good service but none of them have matched Low Cost Parcels on their Customer Service. Keep up the good work.

We have been using Lcp for around 2 years sending parcels on a daily basis (next day service yodel) absolutely delighted with the excellent service , as a online retailer we need - 1) reliable next day / delivery 2) Good pricing structure Previously we had used parcel2go / parcel monkey/ ipostparcels (and many more) which were all more expensive , most a total nightmare to be honest , if something went wrong it would take days / weeks to get any information (like a bunch of headless chickens so frustrating) great thing about Lcp is they are so reliable , which takes a lot of stress out of logistics , on the rare occasion there is a problem we can chat online / telephone / open a ticket and the matter is resolved very quickly , great stuff , keep up the good work

My company has used Low Cost Parcels as our main parcel courier for a year now. We have used most of the courier companies out there in the past and find Low Cost Parcels delivery service to be at least on a par as the others but with lower pricing. Their customer service staff are very friendly and efficient on the rare occasions we do have to contact them. The service is not perfect and we have suffered the odd late delivery here and there but this is to be expected of any delivery service. We have also had one thing go missing but we were covered by their insurance so got the money back after a few weeks. Overall they are really rather good.

We ship only about 30 parcels a week and they seem to make a total hash of around 25% of them. When they do, it tends to be basically at our expense. They lose parcels, find them 3 weeks later, charge you to return the item, keep the original postage cost, damage the return, and deny your claim for damages as it's out of the time they can accept for damaged good claims. They deliver to different addresses, then claim it was to the correct address. Anyone want some good examples of their poor service? Feel free to drop me a line and I'll forward you copies of the emails showing their 'Not my problem' contemptuous attitude. Seriously, do not use.

Customer services are non existent and that's if anyone ever picks up the phone at all. 10 parcels sent 5 lost then found then resent then they lost 3 then they found them then they lost them again. Waited over three months and chased 20-30 times for the poxy compensation payment. For the extra few pence use parcels2go or p4d or parcel monkey their services through dpd /ups/Fedex are fantastic
