The worst Courier company I have ever had to deal with in over 20 years of shipping uk parcels. Senders beware!! besides losing many parcels in the early months of using them, their aftercare is useless. Beware of their rip-off heavy handed tactics. I sent two parcels out recently, one of which was 4 kilos over the 30 kilo limit, the other was just 0.06 kilos (weight of a feather), as I didn't have the ability to weigh the parcels, so it was guess work. In addition to the parcel cost around £10.79, they charged me £100+vat (£120) for each parcel, as punishment, and took it straight from my bank account while I was on holiday. They eventually told me that the 0.06 was a mistake and I got refunded for that. But the other was none reversable, They wouldnt listen to my argument, so I am down by £120. I will never ever use them again and will not reccomend them to anyone. Beware, they are useless!!!!!!

A fantastic experience, I ordered a car part from somewhere in Gateshead at about 14:00 and the parcel arrived at 11:00 the following morning. I'd had step by step updates of its location and a pretty good tracking app if your obsession is checking where parcels are. I can honestly say this is one of the smoothest parcel deliveries I've ever been party to.
