sender paid for next day delivery but failed on that score. had this delivery time not been over xmas holidays my score would have been lower. I have received a reply from Low Cost Parcels which indicates to me that I was mistaken in the review I initially made and and that their service was indeed excellent. I agree with their observations and admit to having confused their delivery with one later made by Hermes which was very poor.
