Terrible company. My package went on a tour of the UK, at one point going back to one depot for a second time, finally being delivered 3 days after the original estimated delivery date. At least they (Yodel) actually found my house this time rather than some random doorstep half a mile away. I would never knowingly purchase from a seller using this courier in future.

After sending parcels out daily for 30 years decided to give these a go. Big mistake. Driver failed to deliver on correct day. After the driver was advised the customer would not be home until a certain time he insisted on attempting delivery at times he knew the customer would not be in. Head office claim they can not control what there drivers do and it is up to the driver what he does even though he failed to deliver on correct date. Once driver had tried enough times to deliver knowing there was nobody to receive the parcels head office say tough, go and fetch your parcels yourself. No complaints procedure or help in resolving issue at all. Send with Low Cost Parcels at your own risk, Yes you may be lucky and get it delivered but believe me, when there is an issue you are in trouble with no support whatsoever. I have used most couriers over the years and these are by far the worst. Pay that bit extra with another courier and get the job done first time and done right.

Warning: this is just Yodel under a different trading name. As usual, they left my parcel "with a neighbour" at a random location two houses away, when I was at home.

Crap service drivers obviously to lazy to get out there vans to look for address. Tracking my parcel it was out for delivery I waited in all day and then it ended up back at the depot. Next day same again tracking saying out for delivery waited all day then parcel sent back saying address query. There’s nothing wrong with the address they have all other company’s find us. Out for delivery on a Saturday but no way of contacting the company as office closed Obviously low cost for a reason !! AVOID !!
