Efficient, polite, friendly, good customer customer service! At more can I say. I should add that both Dylan and Bethany certainly helped to make the whole process run smoothly.

Everyone involved with the installation was great, Bethany and Dylan in the office keeping us informed pre, during and after installation making sure we were happy. The roofing/installations guys went above and beyond in travelling 50 miles to get longer fixings to cope with an unexpected snag and keeping to the tech spec which I was particularly worried about being on the West coast of Scotland. Tom the electrician got held up arriving but worked relentlessly in order to complete our installation, eventually running us through the software at gone 11. Everyone that came to work on our installation was polite, likeable and respectful of our home.

As stated by other reviewers, Paul gave us lots of good information in a Zoom meeting and then spoiled it all right at the end with a hard sell. Similar to other reviewers' experiences, he quoted a price but then threatened us with ridiculous price rises if we delayed accepting the price. Needless to say, we chose not to go with this comany.

Just had a 2 hours sales pitch Some good information all good till the end where he became pushy and asking why I need to think about it and all my other quotes was a fire risk and only this company provide the right equipment Also once you get the price why is it a buy now price it's either the price or not how can it go up couple of days after

We decided we wanted to look into solar panels and had an online meeting to discuss the solar options, benefits and energy savings. We had a configuration that would work on our roof, and we went through our energy usage and then price options. Once we were agreed, the panel instillation went up in weeks. Through out the process Bethany and Dylan were on hand to help us with questions. Tom the installer was first class and even helped fix our roof on the day.

They were very helpful and explained a lot of the process of it all and Bethany did most of it online or phone. And they got it all sorted and finished in a day, scaffolding stayed a week though, but that's all

The first guy I spoke to I think Matt was so helpful, helped me get all my ambitions plans organised and was very helpful with sorting finance. He is why I chose this company and so glad I did. They were very courteous when I needed to delay, Lucy especially was so considerate of my needs and understanding when I became uncontactable for a few months. The team doing the Installation were amazing adjusting plans on the day and now I am totally self sufficient!

I have been very please with the service that I got from UK Solar Experts. James, the salesman was very knowledgeable about the product and explained everything very well. Once I had committed to buying, Bethany and Dylan took over and were supportive throughout and after the whole process of the installation. The guys that came to fit the system were very professional and had the whole thing up and running in a very short time. It was only a week from me committing by paying a deposit to the installation day. Now that everything is installed I am super impressed with how everything performs. When I look back, it was a no brainer to opt for solar panels.

I contacted this company to give me a quote for installation of solar panels and a battery. After an exhausting 2 hours on zoom, where admittedly there was some good information, it came to the price. The quote was a little higher than I was expecting, but the fact I had 24 hours to decide or the price went up by 30% immediately got my back up. I then said I had to speak to my wife about this as it’s a big decision to spend £10000. The reply was astonishing, “real men don’t need their wives to make decisions for them”. Disgusting sales tactic in my opinion. Even if the price had been right, how pushy the salesman was and also trying to get me to make a decision on the spot or the price goes up, really put me off.

We had an online consultation and everything was going really well until the very end when they attempted to pressure us into a sale. Prices would go up if you didn't sign up that day price would go up 36 hours later and again after two weeks. Regardless of how long you wanted to think about stuff they wanted a deposit that day. When I said we need to think about stuff and look at our finances the sales man asked how much have we got in the bank ? Because I know how much I've got in mine he said this was completely out of order. These pressure tactics shouldn't be happening especially for a company that is supposed to pride itself on how good they are. Its a shame because had we been given a few days to mull things over we probably would have gone with this firm

Great experience from start to finish. We were given all the information needed through the survey process and the installation went smoothly only 2 weeks after. Very friendly and knowledgeable people and very competitive prices. Will definitely recommend

I started our solar power journey only 2 weeks ago, had a few quote but the stand out company was UK Solar Experts, the way they presented the quote over zoom was an eye opener and very professional, after accepting the quote the scaffolding was up within 5 days the panels on the roof on day 6 and scaffold down on day 8, everything was carried out in a very professional way with all the lads being very courteous, I would say this was a great company to go with, I’m now in discussions with getting my air source heating quote to finish off my Green revolution on my house

After a couple of quotes from other companies i was directed to UK Solar Experts who from start to Finish have been brilliant and are still in contact on a weekly basis guiding us on how to get the most from our new form of Electricity, Thanks to all the team, James, Dale, Beth from the office and the site lads for doing a hassle free cracking job. The team was amazing. Dylan Gaucas showed a good understanding of the solar energy system. Clearly explained the mechanism of action through a presentation. Answered all our questions, and got us into solar energy in no time. Ollie and his team, who installed the panels, batteries and inverter did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. We had a wonderful experience of getting the Solar installation with the whole team at UK Solar Experts. James from Sales went through the whole process and the proposal over the call, which was tailored for our house and usage. Bethany and Dylan were keeping us up to date with the installation and services. Quite amazed with the quality of work and the speed of installation. Post Installation, the team has been checking on to see if everything was working fine. I am glad to have chosen the UK Solar Experts for my solar journey and true to the name,They are the experts.

Really impressed with every aspect of this company. After speaking to a few companies the sales person clearly had experience and didn’t try and over sell but tailored a solution exactly to my need and as a result price was right. They committed to getting it in within a couple of weeks and they did! Team of Installers had 18 years experience and put me at ease straight away and a 14 panels tidy install was done in a day. The spec is as promised delivering exactly what I was told it would already on a February Sunny day.
