United Kingdom | 01 June 2024Absolute shambles, 3 weeks ago I had my insulation, the engineer said they were unable to connect me today as there was some kind of blockage underground so had to wait another week for another engineer to come out to unblock it, he phoned in sick. The same engineer phone in sick the following Friday. Lit fibre had then said they will use a different company (cityfibre) to carry out the work. The bloke come out 6 days after said there wasn't even a blockage, wired me up and said your line should be active within 24 hours. The following day lit fibre rang me to say they are sending another engineer out to wire it all up and to give me a router ect which was already installed. Tech support can't give me any answers. Lit fibre just need to active my service, that's it but I can't get it through to them that's all I need. Wish I stuck with bt.

They had a month to plan out the installation of my services only to be told on the day of installation they can not proceed with the installation. If you work from home do not go with this company very unreliable. Absolute waste of time

Luke the installation tech was super, listen to my questions and concerns during the installation and reassured me at all stages. The installation was done professionally, with care and efficiently. I would thoroughly recommend switching to Lit Fibre, you’ll not look back on service and pricing, which does not increase during the term of your contract.

From making sure I was on the right package to picking a suitable installation date everything went smoothly. They have UK based customer service and responded to my emails within minutes. ** Installation Process: ** Daniel, who handled my installation kept me updated with his ETA, and called 20 minutes before arriving. He wore shoe protectors to keep our home clean and drilled a neat hole in the wall to fit the equipment. His attention to detail ensured a tidy and well-executed installation, and his polite and respectful manner made the entire experience exceptional. Lit's dedication to a quality service sets them apart. If you're looking for reliable broadband with great customer service, then Lit is the way to go there is more to an ISP than just speed; it's also about customer service, and Lit delivers on both fronts! Lit have been acquired by CityFibre, and I hope this acquisition doesn’t negatively impact on what they are doing now. United Kingdom | 29 May 2024I have installation of today(29th May) between 10am-12pm. I got a call from engineer saying he will be late as he needs to pick up equipment for installation but he will be there before 12pm but still no engineer yet for installation. It’s strange engineer needs to pick up equipment from somewhere on the day of installation time slot. I called customer service to find out about engineer and the customer service advisor was asking me what I want them to do instead telling me to find out on what’s going on with engineer. He then told me he will check for engineer and call back but still waiting for call back. I just called the engineer on the number he called me from but he didn’t answer. I didn’t expect such a service on first day of installation. It looks like they don’t bother. It’s 2:11pm and still waiting for engineer.

United Kingdom | 28 May 2024I'm located in North Birmingham. Peter, my installer had to work hard to get fibre to my premises, even once there, there were difficulties in making things work. He worked with me to find the best way to mitigate the installation issues and I'm happy to say the end result was more than worth it. Definitely an excellent and professional installer. Speeds are as fast a advertised and I couldn't be happier to finally move away from Virgin Media who were still trying to sell me packages even when I was asking to cancel. Having to contact support regarding a matter of my own creation I found Alex and the network team incredibly professional and they sorted out my issue quickly and efficiently. I couldn't be happier with Lit Fibre and would highly recommend them to anyone.
