Very informative from the start ......prepared to.answer all questions......listen to.what I required. I spoke with Carl the litfibre sales rep whilst he was arranging a neighbours installation. Once I had decided I was changing over Carl made the transition easy.

Great service from start to finish

I was experiencing problems with WiFi connection. I was offered help, support & solutions via email. My emails were answered promptly. Problem was resolved.

Nathan the chap that knocked at the door and sold me the service was great and I can’t fault him. He gave me his mobile and true to his word supported me on day of installation. Product is fine, a small box on the outside of the property and a router and modem inside needing a power source each. Speeds as promised, 100mbs both upload and download.. just what I needed. My only criticism is to do with the installation as engineer was 1.5 late and no communication that he was late so had to chase. He also didn’t sweep up after drilling holes in the wall which I would have thought would have been part of the service. However, overall quite positive so far

Bicerful do not join this something call broadband. I have every day problem wirh this rubbish services and they don't listen when you tell them internet is slow and not working. Not everytimg is good when is cheap
