Called Lit to check installation timeframes and was offered an even better deal than the current promotion to offset double costs while transferring from current provider … (6 mth free then 18 mths at £32 pm for the 500mb deal). So far so good: let’s see how the installation goes!

engineers were pleasant and helpful the time taken to install was minimal and the quality of the service, equipment and broadband speeds exceptional in fact every thing i was promised i have no problems with recommending LiT as a broadband supplier

Was an early adopter of fibre optic internet at last address in mid-1990s, but couldn't get it till this year at more recent home. Good sales and post installation care from Nathan - good deal (much cheaper than Sky, for higher speed) sweetened by two neighbours getting LitFibre also, so extra 2 months free service. First instal date was a disappointment though, as fitter found an exterior cable conduit blockage. This meant a second visit a few days later, which did the trick. Service is good now it's running, although had to buy two extenders as signal is a little weak in places. But the app is good and I'm very happy this far. Just waiting to see whether the takeover of LitFibre by Cityfibre will diminish service, or push prices up in future.

Seamless experience from the initial knock at the door and the personal follow up by the local Lit rep Nathan. Was looking to change from virgin due to poor WiFi and price hike. Lit I'd seen around neighbourhood but wasn't right time to swap. With 6 months free and half price of virgin for same speed plus an extra month free for each referral.... Nathan talked me through order process and followed up prior to and after installation. Very good rep and patient throughout. Not pushy and now have Lit App and WiFi is much better. All in all very impressed.

Daniel explained the install really well and it was very quick! Super friendly and got it going within the timeframe he provided and the speeds are just great too!

I have just signed up for another 24 months ...Great customer service and fantastic speeds .would highly recommend lit to anyone.

Excellent pre and post sales advice and support from Terry Brien. Terry also went and above and beyond in overcoming complications caused by unscheduled roadworks outside our house. The engineers were friendly and knew their stuff. Everything works just great. Faster speed than my old broadband and reliable so far. I was slightly wary when I saw the small router but the wifi coverage seems good and reliable. All in all I’d highly recommend Lit.

Terry Brien (sales) was my first point of contact. He was friendly and approachable. He explained the different contracts and I signed up! Had a couple of issues with the cabling outside and re-scheduling appointments, but all in all it only took a few days from start to finish. In my opinion, Terry went above and beyond to make this happen. So helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The engineers that attended were also very polite and helpful.

I am really happy with the sales man I spoken to Terry Brien he was really help full and was excellent at helping me get my lite fiber up and going in no time I would recommend this and am really happy

Great communication from start to installation from Josh, Daniel the installer was on time, very polite and professional. He was very helpful with where to put the router and his workmanship and cleanliness throughout the installation process is much appreciated and should be rewarded.
