Luke (my engineer) was on time, promptly got me set up and spoke through the process throughout. He also spoke about alternative options if I were to want other set up added in future.

I’m a pensioner and I changed to Lit Fibre because my previous company had progressively increased my bill and the WiFi was becoming unaffordable. I was initially concerned that the signal might prove unreliable but have so far been very pleased with your service.

Chris was great - friendly, efficient and communicated really well. Installation was quick and he took time to answer my questions. New service was up and running very quickly and I'm very impressed with the speed - doesn't compare to our previous supplier and it's cheaper! Win win!

Great installation it was talked through by Daniel and explained what was best he has great knowledge, fully recommended this was a house move and I was so glad I could get Lit was I moved to so I didn’t have to use another provider with their overrated speeds.

Kaloyan responded very quickly to provide what I needed.

Laurence was courteous, knowledgable and installed our Litfibre internet very quickly and efficiently. The improvement was exceptional! The sgnal excellent, all we could ask for!

Chris was excellent - called ahead to let me know when he’d be arriving and turned up shortly afterwards. Installation was very quick and easy, and I was given both information about the service and humorous information about the colours of the lights on the new router. Great experience!

Lit Fibre are one of the most extraordinary companies I've ever been with, particularly for providers of Internet. They are the only company I know, or have had to deal with, that are the easiest to get in contact with and then to communicate with. The staff are all so friendly and the service is extraordinary. Amazing! Thank you to Dan and the team. We have been connected for almost a year now and the Town Council have received fantastic support from the team from day 1. The install was quick, professional and tidy. The customer service is faultless and the community team are supportive and inspiring!

Refreshing change after Virgin After Virgin followed the same “give as little as possible” to secure contract renewal I decided to give these guys a try. Ok - I needed to unbundle TV and phone (which we’ve done using a Sky Stream puck and phone from Voipshop) but the broadband from LIT FIBRE is the bees knees - 1065/960 wired and very healthy wifi throughout the house. Customer services excellent- and (on the promotional offer for St Albans) all for £25 per month for the next two years! Just hoping they get sufficient customers to stay in business.
