Having called me back to save me the cost of the call, she gave advice clearly and waited patiently until the problem was completely resolved.

The service has been very good and so we returned email to say we’d carry on with lit500 at a very decent monthly fee for a fast internet service. They replied within a couple of minutes to confirm the new contract. Brilliant.

All offered at a really competitive price too. Installation went ahead exactly as planned and the engineers were all efficient, knowledgeable, and very polite.
