After some confusion following their transition to CityFibre, he personally sorted out the issue and made sure my previous agreement was honored, which was a big relief. On top of that, he even offered a free month as a goodwill gesture, which I really appreciated. It’s clear he genuinely cares about helping customers, and it made all the difference. Lit Fiber should definitely give him a shoutout for his excellent support—it’s that kind of service that makes the company stand out.

Easily the best providers I have used to date. Iro who helped me renew was very helpful in the whole process and I look forward to another 2 years with Litfibre if they keep up this level of service.

Also the service is symmetrical in both download and upload speeds. Unlike some of the services provided by the majority of broadband providers, coupled to no price increases during the contracted period, it makes it an easy choice.

Lit fibre in general is a very good WiFi to have with have had no problems with the connection and it only cut out with they are doing updates which they also tell you on their app so a thumbs up all around from me

United Kingdom | 25 November 2024I have been very happy with the Lit100 service from Lit Fibre and with support from Iro. Installation was very smooth, and the app makes it easy to manage the service. They provided an extender when I found that the wifi signal did not reach all parts of the house. The internet service has been consistently fast with only one short outage, and the support team are easily available by phone or email and respond quickly to any questions.

United Kingdom | 22 November 2024No issues with service generally, never had the speeds suggested but good enough and issues usually quickly handled. Won't be signed again though since the new deal is more than we wanted and with a number of deals out there less than we were happy with, asked for a slight reduction but there's no budging whatsoever. Price matters and other services are good enough. Would have happily had another 24 month contract otherwise, and their rolling contract is much much more expensive so overall pretty decent shame there's a no negotiation on the price, but no better or worse service than many so for the price and speed I want, not sticking with but otherwise no problems
