United Kingdom | 17 December 2024These guys support team is fantastic, there was an issue on the installation of my fibre for a couple of weeks that couldn't be helped! Eventually when the ball got rolling they were snappy and really helpful getting set up! Particularly Lenny! Speed tests after installation showing exactly the download / upload I expected to see, with really low latency! Only the future will tell if the speeds continue, let's find out! Again big props to Lenny!

I am now completely regretting that decision.twice in the last week it's gone down completely!! completely unreliable!!! I've emailed back and forth asking for some sort of compensation and just been ignored. Really not happy at all. Im not receiving what I'm paying £39 a month for.

United Kingdom | 14 December 2024I experienced two outages in less than a week with no way to contact customer support. 📞 On December 12th, the internet was down for most of the day, and on December 13th, it went down just before 9 PM. ⏰ Think twice before joining this ISP, as your internet could be unavailable throughout Christmas. 🎄 It's time for me to look for a new provider. 🔍

United Kingdom | 12 December 2024Woke up this morning to find the service down AGAIN. OK, you've credited my account with £10. I rather pay the full bill and have a resilient broadband service. Given how much people rely on broadband and Internet, and I don't mean just for playing around and social media, why haven't you got a resilient service? The technology is there to provide seamless switching and almost 100% availability. It's been around for decades, so why do you have down time?

United Kingdom | 09 December 2024This is the way Internet service should be, fast, reliable and with great customer service. No more waiting on the end of the phone for hours or emails having no response. Its just over 12 months ago now that I moved to LIT Fibre and their LIT Fibre 500 service has been great to support my video editing activities for upload/download. My main comment and request is that as Lit Fibre grows the company, I hope they keep the same service ethos and not slide into decline like some service providers have done, as well as introducing March mid contract price hikes for no reason whatsoever.

United Kingdom | 09 December 2024I have just been stood up by the engineers at Lit fibre. I had booked an engineer appointment to fix the fire optic cable. On the day of the appointment, I called up 3 times between 9 AM to 2.30 PM to check the status of the engineer. I was told to be patient. Post the third call and expressing my frustration, the customer service person told me no engineer was ever assigned. Wasted by entire day when I could have been out attending my daughter's Christmas orchestra. Not happy !!!

The team is knowledgeable and helpful, especially when handling issues like router problems, as Iro did when resolving mine. Customer service is commendable, with Ross arranging swift engineer visits and Dina quickly assisting with connection issues. Their app is also a handy tool. Overall, I'm satisfied with their service and would recommend them. Four stars for Lit Fibre!

United Kingdom | 07 December 2024HE ABSOLUTE WORST PROVIDER!!!! After reading positive reviews about Lit Fibre we decided to give them a go. An appointment was made for their engineers to undertake the necessary works and get our broadband fitted. This was the start of a catalogue of errors which has led to us terminating the contract before we have ever been provided with a connection. The initial works was done, when we tried to connect we were unable to get the connection to work. Repeated calls to tech support (they didn’t seem interested at all in helping) resulted in them suggested the router was faulty. A new router was sent out which we were told would resolve the issues. The same problem occurred and more calls were made to tech support. We were then informed an engineer would have to attend to get things up and running. Work schedules were rearranged so someone could be at home while the engineer sorted things out. After being at the house for 10 minutes he informed my wife that there was nothing he could do and to call customer support. On top of all this we were charged the first months direct debit payment despite still never having a working connection. A complete and utter catalogue of errors by a shambolic company. Avoid this provider at all costs unless you want holes in your walls and zero broadband!!!!
