I contacted litfibre as I was thinking of leaving due to me not being able to afford the monthly broadband payments. I managed to speak with Iro who was very helpful in hearing me out and explored various options- he contacted me back after a couple of days with the good news of reducing my payments:) Thank you so much Iro:)

Really impressed with their customer support. I had an emergency and needed a technician to come and reinstall my internet connection. Their customer support team were on the case immediately and the clarity of what needed to be done was also amazing.

Problem solved: no internet connection after changing some network equipment in my house. Iro was able to solve the issue for me. Walking through basic configuiration steps and subsequently working with his other teams to reconfigure my network from his end.

Quick effective communication and sorted very quickly, wanted a static Ip and got what I asked for no fuss and exactly onetime asked for change over at 1pm and 1pm on the dot the changeover began and only £5 per month

I called Lit fibre as I had no WiFi. I spoke to a technician called Iro, who was very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. He was really nice and patient with me as I’m not very technically minded. He got my WiFi back up and running and split my 2.4GHz and 5GHz helping me set up individual passwords. He then advised me about the advantages of using the Lit Fibre app and how to get on to this. First class service, would recommend Lit Fibre especially for their customers care.

I was never informed that the midrange broadband could only serve 10 devices and when I attempted to upgrade was told that I needed to wait 3 1/2 weeks or I would be double charged????

This is one amazing company. The internet speed has never been slow in the time I have been with them. No hidden fees even when moving house you don’t have to pay an exit fee. Customer service with Rick was very polite and helpful. Really wanted them in my area but sadly not yet. Great value for money.

absolutely awful service Was sold the services earlier this year and then an engineer turned up to say the pole was rotten and needed replacing so we couldnt have the service and our order was cancelled, we then saw the poles being replaced and thought great that was quick. I then passed an engineer installing my next door neighbour so thought I would give Lit a call to restart the order, the person on the other end of the phone sounded like they had better things to do than talk to me as was generally uninterested, i was then informed they can only install one person on the new pole and it would be a year away Great concept but sadly have no infrastructure to support what they are selling Update ….. It gets better trust me Had an email today to say the wait is over and I can have the broadband now Go on the website and it says it’s not available in my area Seriously you get worse and worse

It's with some sadness that I need to end my contract as I am moving outside of an area covered by Lit Fibre. Unlike the bigger ISPs, I got to speak with a real person without going through an "AI" answering service first. The whole process took less than 5 minutes. In the future I will move back to Lit Fibre in a heartbeat, should it become available to me.

A brilliant broadband company, from the moment two lovely guys arrived to do the installation to a great 18 months of 'smooth' uninterrupted service, I'm continuing with a new two year contract with LiT. I would thoroughly recommend LiT Fibre

Have a problem with our Internet which Ross has helped with by arranging an engineer visit tomorrow. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very good service. Hopefully problem will he rectified tomorrow.
