Constantly fast broadband speed, a static IP address (extra), very reliable wifi and a customer and technical service team I know I can rely on if I need them.

Small hiccup with booking the install but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Install went smoothly, professional team and installed exactly where I wanted the socket, and speed has been rock solid since we started. Would recommend - Only thing I would ask for is for you to offer 3gbps!

I have rung customer service multiple times who are mostly useless and just leave you with long silences when you are left wondering if they are actually doing anything. I find if you hang up and call back a few times you finally get through to someone dynamic. Very disappointed to have received no apology or timescale for connection despite several calls to them. Since I don't have a connection yet I cannot comment on the actual speeds, stability, etc. It's not looking good so far though, and I'm wishing I had gone elsewhere instead.

Our offers to stay with Lit were actually competitive offers - usually with other providers, you just get non-competitive offers as it’s common for people to stick just out of simplicity. It was £1 extra a month for us to double our download speeds! I did have to phone to get this, however the whole call took less than 3mins! Really great provider and can’t fault them since we joined!
