We tried to sell our home two years ago with no joy. We decides again to try and sell and wanted to be sure it would sell this time. I researched 'Goodmove' and I am so glad I did. I had a quick call with Louis then everything from the beginning was so easy, stress free and the customer service was 10/10. Katy was amazing and worked so hard finding us a buyer and it only took 3 weeks to find and accept the offer. The organisation of the viewings was so well planned and thought out which we needed with two young boys and a puppy being at home. Richard did all our viewings. We were kept up to date through out, never any need to call for an update. Once passed to Yasmin she was equally just as amazing. Continuing to keep us updated regarding the sale progression and communicating with the solicitors. Gabby at Williams & Co was equally as efficent and we then completed as little as 6 weeks later. Be very careful. We had an inherited property to sell which was in need of a full refurb so we were under no illusions that we would not get the value that it had been valued at for probate purposes. Initially everything felt very genuine and honest. They suggested a realistic price which we whole heartedly agreed with. The house sold very quickly and we were over the moon as we could now put a deposit down on a new family home. Then the buyer just disappeared…. We accepted this happens but now we had our offer accepted on a house time was of the essence. Within a day they had found another buyer, this time offering an additional £15k so we were amazed. This time surveys were ‘done’ and everything seemed to be moving along nicely. Then the surveys came back (which we never saw any evidence of) stating that the property had serious damp issues and subsidence so of course the supposed buyer pulled out. We already knew that these issues didn’t exist as we’d had the property looked at (and have since had further surveys done) which only came back with the minor issues. Then surprise surprise, Good Move offered to buy the property off us…. For £40k….. less than a third of its value. Looking back we don’t believe that either buyer existed. I question the reviews on here being genuine. Anyway if you are looking for a brilliant company we cannot recommend Springbok highly enough. We’ve just sold to them today for considerably more money….

It was a long process as i had difficult circumstances, however Greg never gave up and made it possible. Most people would have given up with the amount of effort that needed to complete my case. But not Greg, i would 100% recommend good move to anybody. Thank you so much Greg this meant alot to me and the amount of time and effort that you put in to make it possible.

Greg Gray the best person i could have dealt with. Very understanding and is a great help. Nothing was to much trouble and kept in touch with us on a regular basis. There were times when we had to cancel and returned back to him was never any problems. At this time due to a personal reason (Greg was very much understanding) we pulled out completely.
