I received a letter from goodmove when I put my house on the market. I called them up and spoke to Rowan who was extremely knowledgeable and clear about the terms and conditions from the start. After a good chat, it wasn’t for my personal circumstances on this occasion however Rowan helped me to come to that conclusion by setting out the terms and explaining that goodmove is the only company in this field that is regulated. I was really impressed by his pragmatic approach and would recommend this company to those who have the right circumstances to proceed.

My house sale

I recently bought a property from Good Move. Throughout the time - from viewing to final completion, everyone from their team were professional, kind and clear on their approach/service. Although we encountered an unforeseen circumstance and we as buyer were frustrated, they went above and beyond, putting all the efforts to deal with the situation, solving the issue much before than I expected. Adam, you deserve applaud, thank you for your kindness and time even on weekends. I would deal with this company again if got chance, mainly because of their professionalism and customer focused approach. Zoe was very professional and kind throughout the offer stage and sales progression.

Worked with Bradley Redfearn and Dalia Green at Goodmove to sell my flat when my local estate agent wasn’t able to. They had my flat up within a day of confirmation and I had a buyer after two weeks. There was a lot of pressure from my onward chain as they needed to complete as soon as possible and this was handled exceptionally by Dalia. I spoke with a gentleman named Alex and although I can't use their service I would recommend everybody else does! Alex went over and above to help, advise and reassure me in a difficult situation. It took only 2 weeks to have a client, under these market circumstances…therefore, for me this was the quickest, best option, after having had the property on the market with high street agencies, with no result, for quite a long time. Thanks to Louis, Jasmine and Nazanin. I completed today and I am happy to say “welcome” to a new, good chapter of my life. Do not forget, this is not high street, you DO not pay solicitors fees OR market advertising or selling fees, but you need to be ready to lower your expectations-how? EASY: By just deducting these fees when you ask for a final price, and probably a bit more. But it works! You would have paid these fees anyway, would you have not?

I recommend this company 1000%, especially if you’re new to the process or require any sort of special guidance. From day one the staff were going out of their way to support me, even reaching out for legal advice (with no charge to myself) so that they could support my situation efficiently. An example of this is when the company used their money to investigate the price of a lease extension on my property, finding the estimated amount and guiding me through the process. I was soon passed to an employee named Sophie who handled my case with complete professionalism and understanding. Sophie reached out to many professionals in order to answer queries that I had regarding my property, and with time and patience, managed to find me a buyer. Every interaction I have had with Sophie has been incredibly supportive on her end and she displayed a constant effort to help us in any way we required. I feel as though she got to know us and our situation very deeply, and made sure to communicate/ keep us updated regularly. Initially I was very nervous about this process, because I knew my property would not be a very straight forward sale. I felt as though I was going in blind, but Sophie took away all of my stress and handled everything on my behalf. In addition to this, I feel she has expanded my knowledge and confidence greatly. I am so pleased I decided to go with Good Move for the sale of my first property. Sophie put her heart into this entire process and we can not thank her enough. Another employee I had a brilliant experience with was Simon, a property photographer that supervised viewings and toured potential buyers around my property. Again, my experience with Simon felt very caring and personal, and he offered me a lot of advice after each viewing. He was able to answer any questions that the viewers had very thoroughly and relied on his experience/ research to support both parties involved. I’d ask anyone experiencing the same uncertainty to reach out to Good Move, because they will do everything they can to support you and get you a reasonable price. I am currently in the process of buying a property with Good Move, I have been dealing with Katy Huscroft who has gone the extra mile and gone above and beyond after I made the situation difficult. Alex was incredibly helpful and gave us great advice. We are unfortunately trying to sell a property with onerous ground rent and no mortgage lender will touch it so we reached out to Good Move to see if they could help. If you have similar issues I would recommend speaking with them, I felt that Alex was on my side and went above and beyond in trying to help me out of a bad situation. Most importantly at no point did I feel like Good Move was trying to take advantage. Nothing but praise for this company!
