I was looking for some advice in respect of a property sale. The Good Move staff I spoke to were friendly and knowledgeable. After the conversation I had, I felt much happier about the situation, and now have a much clearer picture of my options. I never felt pressured in any direction, and appreciated the clarity and honesty of the advice I was given.

Feel bad about this deal. GoodMove offered £80K, then reduced the offer to £60K after the survey. They said it was due to the cost to renovate the property, which seems like a fair reason. On the day of signing, they were legally required to disclose that they weren't buying and renovating the property, it was being sold to someone else for £80K. This made me feel like I got a bad deal, because they were making such a high profit margin and had lied during the sale. I managed to get them up a little bit, but still annoyed enough to write this review. Everything else was great. Professional. Quick. Efficient. Bottom line. Nobody should walk away from a business deal feeling like they're the loser.

Good move have recently been involved in buying my late son's property. The buying process was undertaken quickly, efficiently and professionally, also, the input from Adam, and especially Rowan Jones of Good move, being greatly appreciated.

We were skeptical about using a company such as Good Move when our buyer pulled out but we wanted to keep our chain going for our dream house. So we went with Georgia and her team Lucy etc and they were great, we exchanged and completed inside 3 weeks or so and got what we were promised and they dealt with all my questions and any concerns professionally and in a friendly way. We engaged Good Move after not the best experience with a local agent. Katy was very impressive. We had a hiccup with the first buyer but she quickly found another buyer and we recently completed. And got the price we were looking for. Very efficient, professional and accessible. Highly recommend.
