The more I use the service the more I trust and like it. I had a prospective tenant that I was thinking I was going to approve that turned out to have had two past evictions recently. The other screening services I have used did not search for evictions.

It is not a particularly people friendly site. I had difficulty changing an email address and did need personal help by your excellent employee to reset and send the request to my customer. The report itself has been changed and isn't as informational and very hard to decipher. It no longer gives me my client recommendations.

I liked the process of only needing an email address to request a tenant screening instead of an application with a persons private information. It made the request simple & more secure. The turnaround time for results was fast. I will use this service every time I have a rental vacancy.

You couldn't run a report for a client. Reason is not specified but I try to contact you via email and got no response. I have never received credit for the records that you are not able to get but that were paid for. Last client that this happened with is Yusmaydi Tabares. Please issue the credit, this tenant will not longer be renting with us.

I had a great experience, and he was very professional and also he had great communication, I will refer him to any one

screening is great. Getting there has some issues. 1) invalid emails of tenants - some are hard to read the handwriting or are complicated. A mistake delays the entire process. Suggestion. - Verify the email submitted is valid. if invalid, this will give an opportunity to immediately correct it before continuing the process. 2) adjusting the application. I had a potential tenant balk when they saw it included a criminal screening due to his history. After the explanation, I tried to resubmit without the criminal background check, but could not change it. Suggestion - make it possible to change the checks requested after the initial submission. 3) Old, or irrelevant checks cannot be deleted. Suggestion - Add this feature. I would like to get rid of the old ones.
