Is the rental number given supposed to be their credit score or what is the scale for 'your' rental score?

It gave me the opportunity to look into a potential renter. It was not as user friendly as I would have expected but worked for what I needed

Efficient, effective and quick!

It doesn’t appear the income was verified. Also, I used the pulldown menu to determine the cost in advance to charge the potential tenants, but when I actually purchased the report I learned you charged $5 more for additional information in the report. It was too late to charge the tenant for this. This need to be fixed.

This was quick and easy for my use. I will definitely continue to use it.

You keep rejecting my real estate cc. I have worked over an hour on this issue during the last year. No resolution. Cc company assured me it’s an issue on your side but I never get sufficient help to resolve it.

Ordered a report on a rental applicant using first and last name as landlord station requests. The report received had that name but was a different person. Landlord Station's requesting middle initial would have avoided that problem. My money was wasted.
