Garage still waiting for payment owed for fixing issue with car under warranty, Garage has chased payment but not received after invoice sent to Mercland

After watching the Mercland video explaining how they prepare the cars we decided to visit them and have a look. The people were very pleasant and we came away with a good feeling of the business. After a few weeks we saw the car we wanted and promptly reserved it. The whole process was easy and the car was delivered the following week, looking almost new. A few weeks later a faulty sensor showed, which was simply replaced and covered under the warranty. I am so impressed with Mercland, it's the only place to go if you want a used Mercedes ! Very happy.

Great experience. Went to view a different car but it had been reserved that morning and they had no similar models in stock. However they did have one that had just came I. And was in the process of being detailed and serviced at a nearby location. They offered to take car out of detail shop and bring it back so I could test drive it. I drove it, liked it and after putting down deposit was on my way. The car was delivered to my home 2 days later. Process couldn’t have been easier. I’ll update this after spending some time driving it.

Recently bought a car from them, have a bit of issue with it, but you can't fault them as its a second hand car anyway everything's been sorted very quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend.

Car was delivered to my house and it was exactly as described, that is, it was in fantastic condition for its age and mileage. I then had it checked by my local independent mercedes specialist IN Autos of Lingfield in Surrey who gave it a clean bill of health saying there was nothing wrong with the car and in their opinion I had purchased a very good E220d estate. Purchased Mercedes from Mercland in 2023 and have just traded that vehicle back against a newer Mercedes from Mercland. The first purchase was a fantastic car in superb condition and the second one looks to be the same. Jay Manek was exceptionally professional and have found everyone I have dealt with Mercland to be the same. They search out high quality Mercedes for their stock and this is clearly evident when you view their cars. It is very nice to be return customers to a family run business that take pride in what they do.

I turned up to Mercland without an appointment to look at an E350. Despite being busy, Ujwal was very accommodating. I even got a decent coffee! After placing a deposit on the car, I reattended the dealership 2 days later. Once again, Ujwal was on hand to make my visit really positive. I've come away with a lovely, well looked after car. Even the missus is impressed!

The car in inspection could be better That say everything is checked but my car had Some issues that could have been picked up But lovely car.

From reserving to viewing and delivery every thing was great. The car was exactly as described looks like a new car. The attention to detail is really good, and I was pleasantly surprised to find it had also had new pads and rotors fitted. Janki and the team made the whole process extremely easy and hassle free. I would definitely recommend Mercland to anyone thinking of buying a used Mercedes. Unfortunately I had a slight problem three days after receiving the vehicle the near side rear air spring started leaking air. This is not a reflection on or Mercland’s problem it’s just one of those things it comes with owning a Benz.

Very poor customer service quite ignorant

We have bought both of our Mercedes from Mercland and have decided we wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future, considering they aren’t Mercedes dealers the service they provide is excellent, nothing is too much trouble as far as aftercare service, I highly recommend them, there’s no need to pay extortionate prices for a beautiful car when you can get one from Mercland at such a reasonable price, along with a 6 month warranty.
