TFX continually improves the website to cover even very special use cases and make it clearer to the user. They have a very fast response time and they support the whole way, how complex or full of questions it might be. As a German citizen a lot of our tax aspects are handled differently in Germany and there are quite some details to ask about the US tax return filing. If you give enough details to your tax preparer they can always provide you with professional know how to remove all the doubts.

Easy to use app. All relevant information carried over from last year. Quick and efficient and kept me informed when necessary. The also remind me in advance of any upcoming deadlines such as extension dates. Used them for seven years and will continue to do so.

After struggling for a couple of years, I found TFX and they got me up to date painlessly. They have been great each year since then. I'm changing my review. They been good in the past 4 yrs (same accountant for those years). However, they have assigned me a new accountant for this year and I don't like it. I came to them to get a personalized long term relationship with a company and an accountant that already knows my business, expenses and the info about my taxes paid in Mexico. I don't have time to explain again to a new accountant what I do, how I do it and so on, how Mexican taxes work. No time for rework. I hope and assume that my old accountant will have a transition meeting with the new one, so I don't need to go over the information and about tax questions when I'm not the expert (as it happened last year when they attempted to change the accountant for the first time). I will keep you posted on the result and quality of the transition, process and will update my review again then.
