I've been using TFX for many years now and they are professional, efficient and it is easy to use their services. When living abroad (I'm in the UK) it is much less expensive than trying to find a local accountant conversant with US taxes. It would be great if TFX could also do UK taxes, given that I still have to use a costly accountant for this.

Horrendous customer service. They issued me a credit but refused to honor the credit when I ended up paying full price for their services - and then refused to give me a refund when I ended up overpaying them because 'it goes against their policy' to issue refunds.

I've used them for two years, and they've always been able to help me file my taxes and get a refund! I will be using them again for my 2023 taxes. As a China based expat I trust and use TFX.
