This was my third time using TFX. The accountant who I was assigned to for 2021 filings was excellent (Mr Igor Dubyk). He kept in regular contact with me. Whenever I had a question my accountant would reply by email either on the same day or after the weekend. Everything went so smoothly, even with one or two extensions. This year I am starting my filings early, to try to educe the extra costs of extensions. Overall an excellent service.

I was looking forward to working with this company based on the glowing reviews but unfortunately I could not proceed with tax preparation. The written responses I received to questions and concerns I had, answered by an employee working their help desk, were appalling and unprofessional. This was before I even spoke to an accountant and after I had already paid the consultation fee. Everytime I submitted a question, the same employee would respond. I reported my issue to management hoping I could get another customer service agent or get some answers before I began the tax preparation process but my messages and requests went unanswered. If this company employs people like this to work their customer service and is lacking management to resolve issues that arise, I would not trust them with something as important as my taxes.
