Very good service, but don't understand different between Core and Premium packages. For the past several years 2018 to present my taxes have been processed using the core packages. And I see no change in my requirements for service. But not clear why change in package, on engagement letter stated non-US pension income. Why now

2022 is my third year with TFX and I am again totally pleased with the result. As a small individual filer, though, I was not too happy with what appears to be a new package pricing system. I have no reservation to recommend TFX anytime.

I have been using TFX for 7 years now and am very happy with the service I have received. I usually have many questions which are answered quickly. They are professional, very helpful and friendly. They take the time to explain things clearly to me which is comforting to me since I want to make sure everything is done properly. Once they have all my information my return is done fast. I love this tax prep service specifically for expats. The American tax system is complicated and always changing. I already have to take care of my taxes in the country where I live and simply cannot keep up with my US taxes. These preparers are qualified, helpful, and efficient. Prepping my info through with their online portail is easy to understand and I have never had a problem with the IRS since I started using the services of Taxes for Expats (unlike previous years when I prepared them by myself or with non-professionnals!). This was my fourth year working with the CPAs of TFX. As in prior years, I found my accountant professional, thorough, fast and extremely responsive. She engendered confidence in me, which is very important when someone is undertaking a legal requirement for you. As a returning customer, it was very easy and fast to complete the survey with updated information. The only pain point for me is the cost. I paid more than 2% of my income to have my federal return and one new form completed.

I wish I had known about this provider years ago! US accountants always mess up expat tax filings and so many expat tax specialists charge astronomical fees. The TFX questionnaire was clear, and I had the opportunity to ask all of my questions. I appreciated that they e-filed and sent me confirmation of filing. The only thing that would make the process smoother would be a section to upload payslips directly, as the questionnaire without this forced me to do a lot of calculations on my own.

Used for 5 years new. Very good service and system. Knowledgeable and reliable. Can recommend for expats.

I hadn't filed my US taxes for years. I was overwhelmed on the thought of catching up. TFX made it so easy with their tax questionnaires. Filing the FBAR is a breeze. I will always use TFX for my filing.
