Incredible website user experience. Super easy to use. Fast. Distills tax complexity down into Simple’s bite sized size pieces that are easy to navigate. Very responsive professional did my taxes quickly. Removed most of the headache of doing taxes.

Completely incompetent. Much promised - nothing kept. First of all, I had to pay a $200 deposit. Then I thought that there was a competent contact person there. Nobody like that. And contact Email only. All with a day delay. Right at the beginning I mentioned that the IRS had written me a letter asking for $1,700 additional payment. The company confirmed that they can help me with that as well. Would also be included in the price of $525. Now the return is ready after 15 days of radio silence. Please pay $325 now to see everything. The letter was not mentioned. No idea what other mistakes would be in the return. I can't see anything. $200 out the window. And the hammer: suddenly the guy tells me that deductions for a study are not possible. 100% contrary to the IRS page (www.irs. gov/newsroom/how-small-business-owners-can-deduct-their-home-office-from-their-taxes). I'm an american in London and I've used TFX for 4 years now. They're honestly a fantastic service. In the past my taxes were pretty straightforward, but now getting increasingly complex and they've been able to help me sort everything out. I've referred several friends/colleagues to them because I trust the quality of service implicitly. Only thing that would make it better is offering UK personal and business tax services. I inquired but I think the pricing option they provided were HUGE, especially compared to their core service of helping Americans abroad process their US taxes. I had to go with another vendor for my business company accounts, but I wish I could have everything all in one place.
