I had a terrible experience with TFX. They were negligent in submitting my returns in a suitable time frame, hadn't warned me that a certain section of my return be submitted before a 2 year expiry date and due to this, the refund of $7,000 I was easily supposed to get, I lost it. Ines Zemelman who runs this company did nothing in return. Didn't acknowledge their fault, didn't offer to try and fix it and didn't offer anything in return. That are unkind and terrible to their customers to protect themselves. I wouldn't trust them. The person who was negligent and didn't inform me of the deadline was Susan Turcotte. Be careful if you are using her as she is direct and aggressive and makes you feel low if you have to ask a question about complex returns. Suggest going elsewhere. From now on, I'll use someone else.

I have been using Taxes for Expats for 5 years. They are very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend using them especially if you are an Expat. They were able to fix a lot of mistakes that had been done on previous returns from someone who did not understand all the rules that Expats must follow.
