I've used TFX for quite a few years now and have found them extremely efficient and immediately responsive to any questions. It takes a little time to get set up and fill out the questionnaire the first time, but after that it's just updating it every year, which is relatively easily done.

TFX have been a lifesaver for me, there is no way I would have been able to do the returns on my own. I have several mutual funds which creates many different forms. The website is very easy to use, you can send messages with questions and receive an answer quickly.

I have now filed 10 years with TFX. The online forms make filing as easy as possible. It is never a problem to ask for clarification and TFX always responds incredibly fast.
