The monitoring team in Home Secure are amazing, we accidentally set off the panic alarm & they responded immediately! Calling us within the minute to check everything was okay and request the password to ensure it was us on the other end of the phone and everything was safe.

I switched my monitored alarm to HomeSecure very recently. They installed a new alarm within days, are very customer focused in problem solving and charge a fair and reasonable monitoring fee. Very happy customer!

I had a lovely experience from the booking to scheduling to installation team. There was some issue with one of the sensors and home secure was quick to assist and send a technician quickly to fix it

Extremely efficient reliable service. Customer service is excellent and attentive. Very quick to respond to alarm and alerts so it is very reassuring for customers. I could not review this service highly enough for their response to alarms.

We have our house monitored alarm system from HomeSecure since early this year and I cannot fault them for anything. They are absolutely amazing. If I forget to switch the alarm off on the way out to Work, they ring me straight away just to make sure everything is okay. Thank you.

First time user of HomeSecure alarms & to be honest I'm very happy with them . From my first line of inquiry to the installation they were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them. Chris installed the alarm, he took his time to explain everything to me about how the keypad and app works. I got calls afterwards to find out if I was managing it okay.... The customer service is very attentive. Thank you

We had Dermot out from Home Secure to fit our monitored alarm & cameras. Seamless process, neat and tidy work and clear communication. Spent the time with me making sure we were happy & giving us advice based on his experience (ie positioning of cameras etc) Would highly recommend.

I found them very good to deal with from the beginning. Sale person was polite and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Installer was outside the house the minute he said he would be. He was tidy and explained everything in detail. The alarm has gone off a few times and the control centre has been onto me within 30 secs on each occasion.

On two occasions our alarm has gone off and nobody from homesecure rang to see if everything was ok, which I was pretty annoyed over. I have been with this company for years but time to move on and see can I find a different alarm service.

Intermittent fault on window sensor, system wouldn’t set. Told it was probably humidity by staff when I rang to arrange service call out, and should be ok. Needless to say with that customer service, I cancelled my subscription. A good Company service is when they customer needs support not at sales.

All round great products and services and excusing the pun could not FAULT. Tech was installed was very helpful and spend time giving me a excellent insight and a demo. The App is fantastic and very user friendly. Received a follow up phone call to see how things were going with the new alarm system and queried whether I could change my DD date and this was done instantly. Only have the sensors installed downstairs and no pressure was put on me to purchase for upstairs to 10/10 for HomeSecure.
