Dermot explained everything in great detail and was great help when it came to setting up the app and running a few tests. So far we are very impressed with how user friendly the home secure app is and we look forward to protecting our home for the foreseeable future. From start to finish such and easy process. Installation done perfectly and so tidy that it isn't noticeable where sensors are. Good explanation by installer. This was followed up by a call from Shane to check I had everything I needed and they had everything they needed. I can't fault it and price wise really good also in comparison to other quotes for the same requirements

Very happy with this service. Installer was very helpful & pleasant. Have always had a call or txt when alarm was accidently set off. i have accidently pressed the panic button a few times also & Home Secure have phoned immediately to see if I was OK.

I have been a customer of Homesecure for just over a year having switched from one of their large competitors. Recently my alarm activated at 3.00 am while I was sleeping. As I was processing what was going on,my phone rang and one of their monitoring staff told me my patio door sensor had been activated. This is how they are different : this man stayed on the phone with me while I went downstairs to investigate. As it turned out an outside parasol had blown over in the high winds and knocked against the door. This service was superb and better than I have ever experienced with any of my previous suppliers. Great security place and they will response when the doors are opened or alarm is keep beeping amazing very quick response but they need to improve a bit to look after their existing customers !
