Getting a Home Secure alarm and fire alarm was the best decision I have ever made. I live alone and I am not a bit nervous but the sense of security I feel having Home Secure was a welcome surprise. I love the app that lets you set alarm from anywhere. I love the quick response from Home Secure if power is gone or if alarm goes off. I would and have recommended to friends and family

I find HomeSecure great to deal with. They have a good product that is well supported. Their product gives me good peace of mind at home. Phone support is very good and the staff are in touch with the product and service.

We chose Homesecure based on a recommendation from a work colleague and we're very happy with our decision so far. The support team is great, very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. We had the system installed within a week. It takes getting used to - we have accidentally set it off a few times (it certainly works!) but we have much more peace of mind now and the app is great. Price is also reasonable for what you get (around 30 a month) and a one off of 50 euro per sensor if going for the higher package.

Very prompt and courteous replies on alarm activations. Great service . Only problem I have is on the app , the panic button is too close to the arm/disarm buttons and I keep pushing it in error . Seconds later a phone call to see if I’m ok .. Super response

Great to deal with from the first call, installation and dealings with them since. Price can’t be beat and the system is so easy to use. I went into the house with the alarm on and was speaking to them over the phone within 1 minute. Highly recommend.

Communication within the office is not good. Best option is email as you then have proof of conversation and person you dealt with. Nice staff though when you do get to the crucial point of your contact. Monitored alarm does what it says on the tin. No camera though and this nowadays is important and would like it as part of the product. Otherwise no complaints..

Dermot from HomeSecure fitted my alarm today. He was very friendly and and explained everything regarding the system in great detailed. He even advised me on my package and the location of my sensors which resulted in my having to purchase a few extra sensors to make sure my home would be adequately secured. Home secure limerick sent out their engineer called Christian. He spent time explaining the system I was having upgraded and I purchased more sensors. Every thing was explained beautifully and he was an absolute gentleman. He also replaced battery and made sure everyone of them were working so I felt secure in my home camera included I would highly recommend recommend this company to everyone and can’t recommend them highly enough. Home secure was recommended to me for a basic home security package....above and beyond was the service ....helpful the installer Maurice made it easy for me to understand how it works answered all questions with a good explanation he's a credit to the firm .
