Hi im a customer of 5yrs now,i would highly recommend Homesecure for securing,monitoring and keeping your home as well as yourself safe and secure.I have a home monitoring system,i have an app on my phone and anytime my alarm goes off im immediately contacted by homesecure.I also have a panic button which i can access on my phone which provides me with an extra peace of mind.My alarm system is regulary updated and a technician is always available to replace batteries etc if needs be.I find all the staff weather on the phone,call outs etc very pleasant,helpful and friendly.Thank you Homesecure.

We’ve been customers for almost 8 years now and we couldn’t fault them, we’ve used their panic alarm for a health emergency, an emergency with the kids, a criminal incident one evening our window got smashed and the police were with us in mins due to the call centres quick response, we had new windows fitted and their engineers were gents taking sensors off and refitting them without issue…I could go on and on but simply put we think there the best on the market currently and can’t fault them a great service 🙏🏻👍🏻 Chris Lynch

Great Home Security service. The staff are very friendly and helpful, fittings are very neat and tidy and the alarm itself is very easy to use . The addition app to control makes it very easy especially when out and about you can control your home whilst away. Definitely recommend to others. Upgraded the system in September but a customer since 2018

Best alarm service around. We had an attempted break in three weeks ago and the alarm proved to be invaluable. Both the Gardaí and forensic detectives were impressed with how the system works. I have recommended Homesecure to my neighbours who have also had this provider installed for their security

Had new windows installed and had to remove senors I was talked trough removing them once they were deactivated when they were due to be installed the technician arrived to instllthem he was very professional and friendly

Have a homesecure system in a year now and have to say its brillant few times my daughter came home from school and set the alarm off with in minutes they were on the phone to me great system if u forget to set alarm u do it by phone.

Using home secure some years now and would highly recommend them, from the installation to service calls never a problem for them. The staff are friendly and efficient. Having the monitoring also give you a the extra security for myself and my family.

Recently, one of our HomeSecure sensors began triggering false alarms. Their staff responded quickly, temporarily deactivating the faulty sensor to prevent further issues. Over the phone, they gave clear and helpful advice on how to adjust the sensor ourselves to get it working properly again, with the option to replace it if the adjustment didn’t resolve the issue. The entire process was handled in a friendly and professional manner, and we had the problem fully resolved within less than 24 hours. It was a smooth and reassuring experience overall.
