Everything was explained to me in perfect detail so that even a dinosaur like myself could understand. Amy was the engineer who came out to install my system and she was an absolute angel. She answered my queries and concerns with such patience it was so nice. Amy explained the workings of the system and assured me if I had any queries to just pick up the phone. Nothing seemed to be a problem for her. So so refreshing. She also guided me in the right direction with where I should place the interior camera etc. Full marks Homesecure and I will be recommending you to anyone who will listen to me. Thank you.

Installing engineer was great. Worked quickly and efficiently and left no mess. He explained all the features of the alarm, fob and app very clearly and comprehensively.

Easy to deal with, they got the alarm installed quickly and without fuss. When the hub was deactivated someone rang me, told me and told me what to do to fix it. Great service.

The staff made the experience exceptionally easy. Bradley the salesperson was helpful and informative. So too was Amy the person who installed the system, very pleasant and efficient, knowledgeable and considerate- left the place I’d say tidier than it was found! No fuss or waffle, I seriously appreciated that. The technology itself is great and the accompanying app couldn’t be simpler to use. While monitored home alarm systems aren’t cheap, this company is thought delivered the most value.

Have been a customer for over 6 years and in general have been satisfied with the service and monitoring of the alarm. However when I needed to contact the company due to 'Low Battery' problem, i have found it difficult to make contact by Phone/Email. In the past 6 weeks, my email about my problem was not responded to and I had to try to ring the company but had to wait a long time to speak to a representative. More recently I rang and spoke to a representative who put me on hold while he investigated my issue but I got cut off and I never received a call back so sent an Email to which I am still awaiting a reply. I have received a quick response to this review from Jay, who apologised for me not receiving a call back with regard to my recent enquiry. She kindly arranged for an engineer to call today 26/1 and resolve the issue to my satisfaction.
