The wrapping paper is good quality. It came faster than I expected. The only negative is two designs came with a border down the long edge, even though I’d created the same size pdf for all 4 designs that I sent in!

Jen was extremely helpful in ensuring we received our brochures on time for an event, even when there was a slight delay with production. The delivery was upgraded for me with no problems, Jen is an asset to wttb!

Albeit the outcome of the query was far form ideal, Jen's helpful nature at least made me feel there was a solution. In a day of where human interaction is getting less and less, its nice to have a human being that can help.

Easy to upload design and very quick service

the service is good, the colour on the finished product differs slightly, some are greenish blue, and others darker hued ( here I refer to images inside) and this includes the cover. This was unexpected, but not detrimental overall. I had ordered a hard copy display book, which at the time of delivery of main order (which was tracked and actually arrived a day earlier than expected) has so far not been delivered. I am assuming it will come separately, so will enquire if it hasn't arrived after a further 7 days.
