Hardin and monika were absolutely incredible , delivering and putting up the pergola. So helpful and explained it well, they worked so hard

The showroom was great, the sales person was engaging, positive and helpful. She took her time and showed us everything we wanted to see. The order and payment options were great and again she took her time to explain. Delivery was on time and quick but the delivery drivers were a little unhelpful. One of the managers has since been in touch to understand our concerns and assured us improvements would be made.

Quality product

Prompt delivery of an excellent product. It was large enough to hold all of the cushions from our corner furniture & 2 stool cushions with room to spare. The material is waterproof & providing the zip is not exposed to the elements, the inside of the bag should remain dry. I had turned the bag on its side and thought the zip was covered but water found its way to the base of the bag. If the bag had a waterproof zipper then it would get 5 stars

Today we had marcin & monika install a 6 sided gazebo. We have had alot of these installed on our projects and marcin & monika was by far the best installers we have experienced soo far, we will be making sure we use these two for all our future jobs as they was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. We have future jobs booked with harbour lifestyle and will be making sure it’s those two.

Ordered three things and really impressed with delivery, quality and communication. Five stars deserved. Pergola, Havana sofa and tables, 3x4m parasol. Love them all!

Needed a replacement blind as the one supplied had a manufacturing fault.No quibble about replacing but replacement out of stock.Due to delay waiting for now unavailable superceded blind design,upgraded to new style blind model for all my blinds by Tez.Old blinds removed and new ones fitted by the lovely Monica and Marcin who went beyond the call of duty.Now that's great service.

The most amazing parasol ever I was worried my husband would worry about it being a cantilever one but he assembled it by himself with excellent instructions and they were absolutely amazing. From start to finish excellent service, made the effort to drive two hours to visit in person,friendly greeting from Anna, told what we wanted and given a quote including installation, very competitive prices no hidden costs like some on line companies etc vat. After paying was quoted 5 to 10 working days, to our surprise was offered a delivery date in less than a week. Today the team Marcin and Monika arrived, it took just over two hours, they never stopped, very friendly people, discussed and showed the workings and offered advice, very tidy no mess,highly professional. This is a gorgeous outdoor furniture price. I researched the purchase a lot before buying there are all ranges in the market these days but I can confidently say this is one of the best value for money . The set is really sturdy comfortable and the material is really substantial . Left it out for a light shower and it had the water mostly on the surface so strange to sit out when wet but dries reasonably fast in sunshine. It looks really classy I am so surprised at the price it really is unbeatable for what you get. I also bought the protective cover which is fab for big showers
