Sales assistant was a pleasure to deal with, as was everyone that I've spoken with. Delivery was punctual. Pete and Bill were so professional with getting things into position for me. I'm recovering from surgery and was concerned, but need not have worried. The Luna Deluxe Square Corner set is top quality and very comfortable. My pergola has landed in the warehouse so looking forward to having it assembled by Pete and Bill in the coming weeks. Keep up the good work

Product was excellent quality and as described. The ordering process was simple. There were a few issues with the delivery date which resulted in dealing with customer services. My issues were addressed by the company promptly and resolved to my satisfaction.

Reacted to a delivery problem very quickly

Purchased a Pergola with two side screens and four louvre panels. Decided to put it together myself and was pleased with the very good PDF instructions I was sent and the excellent YouTube videos that HarbourLifestyle have put up on line themselves. Using both I had no issues putting it together. Due to the excellent quality of the pergola some parts are quite heavy and so two people is necessary for some of the build. The packaging was unbelievable and probably the best packaged product I have ever purchased in my 65 years! I'm not joking when I say that the quality and strength of the 'packaging' is stronger than some Ikea furniture I've bought in the past! A lovely 'tool box' kit was also enclosed holding all the fittings and tools required. We are so happy with our purchase and just need some decent summer weather to be able to enjoy it to its full potential.

We love our 8 seater fire fit table. Although the English weather hasn’t given us a huge amount of opportunity to use it, the times we have we’ve loved and managed to stay outside a little longer than usual having the extra warmth. Harbour lifestyle customer service has been fantastic. The glass on the fire pit arrived broken and a whole set was sent out to us to replace it. Likewise our ignition switch for the fire pit was not working and again a replacement was sent to us without hassle even months down the line (due to weather permitting its use) . Any issues have been resolved promptly and professionally. The product itself is 5* alongside the companies 5* customer service. We would highly recommend.

I wrote a very positive review when I received the Havana corner sofa set when I bought it over a year ago and we still love it. So stylish and comfortable. I now want to praise the customer services team, in particular Adrienn, who has been outstanding in resolving a problem that arose. Surprisingly, a hot drink marked the glass of the coffee table and Adrienn paid for cleaning alcohol to see if that would remove the mark. When it didn't, she ordered a new glass top which was delivered promptly. Despite the manufacturer never having experienced this problem before, there was no hesitation in resolving the issue for us, for which we are very grateful. Adrienn was exceptionally friendly and professional in all the many communications by email and phone and went the extra mile for us. What an asset to the company. We will use coasters from now on! Any company who uses such a useless delivery company as DX deserves a bad write up.No delivery as stated, had to chase up again and again finally turned up 4 days later with a driver who stated it was not his job to carry heavy items around the back of the house. He did so after a lot of muttering. Unimpressed ....
