I am very satisfied with the pergola, it is very good quality (3×3) and Marcin and Monika were very professional very good work and they were very friendly and skilled thank you very much Marcin and Monika for a very professional job done. I recommend everyone and especially Marcin and Monika as an assembly team

Nice piece of garden furniture, but it was delivered with a couple of minor faults. The company was happy to replace them and the new items arrived faultless. Very efficient and friendly customer service.

Brilliant! Well pleased with it all

We ordered a fire pit coffee table and a cover for the gas canister. Order process was easy, and we were happy with the items once received. The courier partner they use was difficult - after a period of waiting for their contact (I wasn't counting the days as I wasn't in a rush), I suddenly got a text around noon saying the items would be delivered the next business day, and I needed to tell them within 3 hours if the day did not work. I had to call multiple times as each time I reached the front of the queue (after waiting 10 mins or so) the phone line dropped my call. On the fourth attempt I was successful and everything was sorted.

The measurement of the original purchase the wrong. The item that replaced this was damaged in transit and marked from storage.

The pergola finished off our garden perfectly. Instructions were clear and video very helpful. Very well packed, nothing missing. My husband and son put it all together with no problems. Very happy with our purchase, and delivery. Would definitely recommend Harbour Lifestyle to our friends.

Poor installation service -

We purchased an 4m by 3 m pergola. Excellent quality product. Communication has been amazing throughout, answered queries quickly, great company, wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again 🤗

Delivered very quick and very helpful delivery team

Initially ordered a similar pergola slightly cheaper through another company, but regretted it after months of delays, and cancelled. Harbour Lifestyle proved much more reliable. They weren’t perfect, as I had had no order update after 10 working days which was the latest it was supposed to be delivered by. But, when I called, Mollie was very helpful and said she would check with the warehouse and email me back later that day (which she did, which is always a pleasant surprise from online retailers). After that, it was only 5 more days until I received it, which is when I needed it by. The delivery team were great, and took the boxes right to where they needed to go. The assembly video emailed to me in advance helped the process. I think 5 stars is fair, despite the delay, as they were great in all other respects, and I think there have been genuine supply chain issues for pergolas lately.

It’s a long review so I’ll break it down bit by bit. Item: we purchased the Luna 8 seater with marble effect table top and fire pit which is even more stunning in person. The set is premium quality, expensive but so so worth it, we adore it, it has the wow factor and is a feature in the garden. The finish is great, the material of the chairs is washable and looks lovely, plus very comfortable. We’ve purchased a few sets from elsewhere over the years but this one is by far the best. We will only use Habour from now on for the quality. Service: From start to finish I have to say that Anna made the experience great for us, she is a true asset to the company. She shocked me on a couple of occasions with how above and beyond she would go, she called me with updates, was always on hand and when she was off there were other great staff to help. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so strongly about a company’s customer service and specifically staff member. There were a couple of slip ups - not Habour’s fault, yet Anna took it off of my hands sorting it all and supporting every step of the way so that we had our furniture in time for our little boys 1st birthday. They even sent someone out on a Saturday morning to deliver and build our table to rectify a separate delivery company’s fault. Aside from this, you can WhatsApp any questions you have which are always responded to promptly, no matter how silly the question may be, when paying over £3,000 for a garden set I found this a great service and it gave me confidence when chosing a company to go with. We will now purchase all garden furniture from Habour Lifestyle due to how beautiful the set turned out and also how Anna handled everything for us. We will also recommend to our family and friends. 5* all round. Thank you to the team at Habour, especially Anna.

What a great service from beginning to end. We were really happy with the amount of advice and information we were given when enquiring. The offers that were received were great too. The lead time and communication for delivery and build were excellent. We paid for them to construct it for us and this was completed in around 3 hours. No hassle. The product itself is excellent, very sturdy and looks amazing. I would highly recommend.
