Great service from start to finish, lovely people to deal with who, in our case, put themselves out to provide us with exactly what we wanted. Could of easily spent more money on some other items we liked and probably will another time.

Such great customer service. I emailed them on bank Holiday because I forgot to add my 10% code on a purchase I'd made that day. I thought it would be a long shot or that I'd have to go through the faff of cancelling my order and putting through another one this time using the code, but within 24 hours Jake from their customer service team had sorted out a refund for the difference. So good. Even more excited about actually getting the pergola now!

As I have said previously, the poor customer service was your end as well as PayPal! But as PayPal confirmed you were the only ones who could cancel the order, as the money was sent to you as soon as the order was placed! That can be confirmed by PayPal. I did contact you the same afternoon the order was placed and as your customer service representative confirmed then that the order was going to be cancelled, but that could only be done by a supervisor and they were out doing deliveries, and then your supervisor waited 3 days to respond to me by which time it was too late! (And she didn’t phone me as I requested) I was just sent an email to state the order had been sent to me and that it could be cancelled!! If it was cancelled the day I made the order I could have been, hence poor service!!!! Very frustrating and unprofessional!! Not too mention bad service! On top that the item temperature gauge isn’t working properly! So poor service followed by a defective product! I have emailed your company directly and confirmed all this and yet again the message hasn’t had a response!!

I purchased the Lima patio set at a very competitive price and I’m delighted with the design, build quality and particularly the plush cushions. There was a problem with delivery but this was dealt with in a professional and quick manner and to my complete satisfaction.

I have just ordered 2 items from the Team at Harbourlifestyle. From my request the response was within hours & Jake, the General Manager, also responded with an email. The when placing the order Anna was fantastic & again prompt responses to every enquiry I made. The customer service to enable myself to place the order has been fantastic. I am looking forward to receiving & writing another review once the items have arrived & from previous reviews I feel I have made the right decision to pay for the assembly service on offer.

I got the Palma 3seater plus 2 lounge chairs. This set is so beautiful. I asked sales if I could get 2 additional chairs and they made it happen. Such a great customerservice and product. I'm so o happy.

Our experience from purchase to garden has been amazing. The ordering system was very easy, delivered sooner than we thought and put together by 2 very lovely chaps. Thank you so much. PLUS our Vienna Corner Group Set in Grey looks beautiful in the garden. We have had many compliments.

I bought a multi fuel pizza oven and was super impressed with the website and it's information. We have had pizzas already and they were amazing. My husband found it easy to assemble and got it fired up quick. The bundle we bought was just the perfect gift. The delivery was quick and very easy to contact.

Delivery went well I haven't finished installing the Pergola yet but just got to fit the blinds. All in all a good experience.

Little late with their dates but once I contacted the office they pulled out all strings to get the item to me as quick as they possibly could, excellent customer service and the pergolas nots bad either. Would highly recommend.

This company couldn’t be more helpful ..answered all my queries immediately..backed up by a phone call ..Then the delivery wasn’t as fast as promised which wasn’t there fault and they took over from thr company doing it and organised express delivery..this was all back up with emails and telephone conversations..100% I would recommend this company and use again

We have been looking at so many companies for the right garden furniture, and yesterday had the pleasure of finally going to the new showroom at Harbour lifestyle. What an amazing showroom / collection of beautiful garden furniture. The visit was definitely worth the 2 hour drive to get there. Seeing the products in person and being able to feel the material and sit on the chairs and sofas was incredibly helpful and resulted in us being able to make a decision. Jade who showed us around was incredibly knowledgeable about the products. We asked so many questions she wondered if we were secret shoppers!!!! If we hadn’t of visited the showroom I would never of had the confidence to just order from online viewing. We just have to get our order in now
