The demonstration video on fitting the pergola heater does not show the cable leaving the leg of the pergola. This is because the fitting on the cable to connect to the plug is far larger than the hole at the bottom of the leg. Poor, and the video for building the pergola shows a much stronger pergola than the one we purchased which again is misleading.

The packaging of the tables and chairs was very robust. The chairs and table was simple to put together so we were up and running very quickly.

Ordered a pergola back in 2021 which we are so happy with and our remote got damaged by the new puppy. The customer service team could not be more helpful in arranging a new one for us.

Ordered the Havana corner unit earlier this year (good product and way cheaper than other similar products), unfortunately the cover was out of stock. I have now received the cover and am well pleased as it is a good quality waterproof cover. Ordering was easy, and good comms at every stage, thank you.

Product is nice, delivery awful... Delivery information clearly states: "Accessibility Our delivery drivers will only deliver up 1 flight of stairs unless you have a lift." They refused and left it in the front drive, raised with customer services and their response not much better "I have taken a look at the delivery photos and can clearly see they have delivered to your garden. We do offer a garden delivery and not just a kerb side delivery. Again please accept our sincere apologies that they have not taken these up the stairs as requested." as requested? No as stated!

Purchased a pergola from Harbour lifestyle had a few teething problems In the beginning, nothing to do with the quality of the product The quality of the product is 2nd to none. I have been to many garden nurseries and looked at the ones on display for sale and I must honestly admit this is the best quality one that I have seen. I had a few problems with the install harbour lifestyle when beyond and above to sort everything out they kept me informed on what was happening and everything was sorted out within I said time period the member of staff that I was speaking to on the phone is Tez and Jake, the manager this company is all about customer satisfaction and I must honestly say that they have done that and I am a happy customer with my pergola. We ordered the Luna L-shaped sofa set with rising table. The furniture is beautiful and looks very high end. Unfortunately, one of our sofas had a huge 8 inch Area along one of the seams that The stitching had come apart. I did feel this is likely happened in transit But was a little bit of a worry about the quality of the items and the ability to rip. The table you have to raise up manually which is probably better for longevity. The top is ceramic and looks nice. We also ordered the extendable 8 seater table. The chairs are lovely and the table unextended is really nice but…the extended table is narrower as the side bars do not extend so you end up with an odd extension on each side which will make it tricky to add the 2 chairs at either end. Slightly disappointing.

Gorgeous garden furniture and very prompt delivery!

We visited the new showroom last week, as we are fortunate enough to live within 30 minutes of the location. WOW - what an amazing space! We walked through the door, and we were immediately greeted with a warm welcome by the showroom manager, Jade. Jade offered us a coffee and then kindly showed us around. We had a full hour in the showroom, which we had to ourselves. What a service this was too. I've never seen a showroom so beautifully put together - it really was somewhere you could feel relaxed in, and peruse at an un-rushed pace. The contents are beautifully too - you really could do with a never ending bank account, as there are so many things you could purchase. The quality is definitely top end. Jade was very helpful and on-hand to answer all questions, whilst she was very professional but also very likeable and friendly too. The quality is second to none and we really enjoyed the time in the showroom. I have one constructive criticism and that would be to have a large sign at the entrance to the drive - we were a little unsure if we were going the right way, but thankfully bumped into the local postman. However, if that is the only negative - then they can be certain that they are doing so many things right! Thank you to Jade for her time and expertise. Also, for talking to my husband on FaceTime as he wasn't able to attend the appointment with me.

Company and staff are helpful, just a shame the product really is poor in comparison to all others I’ve had, especially for the very large price difference. Purchased a large corner rattan set with fire pit table. Only just got round to setting up the chairs, and it’s probably the most uncomfortable garden furniture set I’ve sat on. Not sure what to do with it now, apart from try and sell it online for a massive loss and get something else. It’s a shame because it looked really nice in the pictures, just not the same in person The company have reached out and sent a very unhelpful email claiming I have not contacted them and tried offering a refund before I explained it was over 14 days. Even though they do not refund over 14 days and I purchased the set ages ago, and even had my previous review removed to try and look good I did not contact them because I knew it was way past their terms and conditions, but now they are insinuating my review is not genuine and people will see through it *to respond to the reply* No one I questioning it’s my fault for not checking, although I’m not sure your number work, delivered in December, emailed in March….. I had it delivered mid move so unfortunately didn’t have the option to unpack. The problem is with the quality of the items you sell though, so 20 hours or 20 weeks. The quality is still atrocious and the response from the company has been worse than the product *Response* Trying to devalue a customers review based on their other reviews just shows the type of company this is. 7 whole people liked this set, that is a massive review base. I’m sorry the company do not like people’s reviews of their products, it might be wise to get out of the sales business if they don’t like feedback. Once again, overpriced for what is is, can get a better set from VonHaus for a fraction of the price. Again, they clearly do not have the right info, 20 weeks from December brings us to May, not March. Seems there are bigger issues at the company in more departments Judging by the other reviews with similar issues with customer service or quality, every time the customer is blamed. Very poor

From visiting the showroom and seeing the quality of the furniture ranges, through to delivery, assembly and use, We would have no hesitation recommending Harbour Lifestyle and ordering again ourselves.

Very pleased with out furniture! Assembly was fairly straight forward and the lounge set looks beautiful - a perfect addition to our deck.
