Communication, quality, and customer service

Good product and definitely better quality than some other garden furniture. There was plenty of correspondence and easy to contact with a slight issue post delivery.

Ordered some cushions for our harbour style outside suite and they still aren’t here 3 weeks later, spoke to customer service twice and they just give you the runaround. For a premium product price the customer service is somewhat lacking. Got 5k worth of suite and parasol and can’t get a few cushions.

We purchased the Luna oval dining set & Luna deluxe corner dining set and we've been very pleased with the quality of the furniture supplied. The cushions are firm but comfortable and the whole assembly feels robust - the 8-year guarantee also gives me confidence that it will last a long time. We had a couple of minor issues to report back to Harbour Lifestyle, and I must say that the customer service has been absolutely outstanding: the team at HL resolved the issues efficiently & quickly, so I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

Installer turned up outside of 3 hour time slot. Didn't bring all the sides / blinds. Installed the heater upside down and did not feed cable through Pergola leg. Quality of installation was extremely poor with bolts barely screwed together. Harbour had to arrange a revisit to complete the job. Following the rearranged visit, I was getting texts off the installation team on a Sunday night stating they were coming back again, when not required. Overall a shambles from the delivery team (3rd party supplier), but we got there in the end. The Pergola is great and as a good will gesture Harbour did give me a refund on the installation cost

the furniture itself is really wonderful quality at an affordable price (all with their own sturdy covers included in the price), but that’s not the only appeal of this company. The wire to our ignition switch had gotten bent and possibly snapped in transit, and the customer service team was absolutely incredible, couldn’t do enough for us and swiftly sent out a replacement part for us completely cost and hassle free. I have only praise for this business, very highly recommended if you are looking for robust, stylish garden furniture with an amazing aftercare service!

We bought a 3x4m pergola. The harbour team are very responsive and friendly. We installed the pergola ourselves (I have an engineering background and my son is a fabrication & welding specialist) and while it’s a bit fiddly with the louvres and blind fitment it’s quite straightforward. The online instructions and the paper copy with the delivery differ, so be careful (gutter installation P5&6 are the wrong way around in the online version but correct in the paper copy) and also tightening of corner bolts at the end (can’t do that as the gutter fixings cover the bolts…). The dimensions are questionable too so if like us you’re installing concrete pads for it to fix to triple check them!! For this reason I’ve dropped it a star. The pergola is very solidly constructed compared to many others on the market. The packaging and protection for delivery was excellent. Overall very happy with Harbour and the pergola.

Terrible install / missing parts / poor customer service following this / failure to respond to emails / Problems still not rectified

Product is excellent quality. Instructions to assemble are not detailed enough: need much better diagrams and clarity for assembly. We spent too much time checking rechecking and even then assembled wrongly and had to redo it.

Absolutely love the quality and finish of Harbour Lifestyles products. The process from beginning to end was easy and my furniture arrived sooner than I thought! Would thoroughly recommend this company for your garden furniture this summer.

Good service

We bought an 8 seater table and chairs which came with a weather cover, too The delivery was quick and efficient, the table and chairs were really quite simple to put together and the cover is really good, too! We just need some good weather to be able to actually use it properly, now!
