I received a personal phone call, the morning after I placed my order, to tell me that one of my 4 items was no longer available. I requested the item be removed from the order. It was and my order was shipped promptly.

Sold me a sensor for the gas sniffer I wanted instead of the actual sniffer. They used the image an model number of the actual unit. Would not issue refund.

I had ordered a clamp-on ammeter and after I made the order, idecided to look again at the specifications. I had wanted an AC/DC ammeter and only when I read through the specs did I realize I made a mistake. I wrote a short note explaining my error and requested a different unit. I place an order and found out that I order the wrong piece of test equipment. It was my fault. I called them. I shipped the unopened test equipment back. I ordered the correct equipment and everything turned out great.

The online specification says that Low Range is between 1 uW/cm2 and 1999 uW/cm2 so I was worried it wouldn't work for me, but when I got the meter the accompanying document stated the Low Range was actually between 1 uW/cm2 and 9999 uW/cm2. What a relief! I was able to effortlessly measure UV in the 5000 uW/cm2 range. So fix the error on your website and you may be able to make more sales : )
