This review is from a real individual and I received no benefit for my review. I ordered a meter and then found out it didn't have some features I needed so I called to cancel and they were very responsive to help and get it cancelled. I then ordered a Fluke 117 which arrived quickly and well packaged. I would recommend to others and I will buy here again.

The tool arrived very quickly as promised, But..... the described "lighted high performance borescope" has NO LIGHT, rendering the tool unusable. I bought this to scope a $400,000 diesel engine but with an non-operational scope I was forced to disassemble the machine costing lots of time and money. Looks like I'll have to deal warranty through the manufacturer costing money for shipping and more costly company time. definitely would not recommend any General tools product.
