United States | 05 January 2017I'm a complete Muppet when it comes to test equipment like this. I worked for a biotech disposables manufacturer for quite a while, but that's as close as I've gotten. Anyway, I decided to get into hydroponics as a hobby, and needed something to measure TDS, and pH. I decided on a Milwaukee MW802. They had it cheaper than I had seen it elsewhere so I bought it. A couple days later I realised my address was wrong. An email later and it was taken care of and confirmed with a reply not two hours later

United States | 01 January 2017I ordered 2 fluke testers with 2 day shipping which i paid extra for approx. 16.50. I placed my order on a Friday and was shipped on Monday. No Problem there. My order was supposed to arrive on Wednesday by 800 pm per Fed Ex. I received an update email from Fed Ex that my package would not be delivered until Thursday. I guess Fed ex did not have the staff to make the delivery. The package was delivered on Thursday about 230 pm. However i needed the test equipment on Thursday morning for 0800 am. That is why I paid for 2 day shipping. Now my problem begins with your customer service department. I called I spoke with a rep on friday. I explained my issue and problem with the shipping and only requested that my shipping charge be refunded to me because I paid for 2 day shipping and did not receive my test equipment as promised. He was very nice took my information and said he would get back to me. After 3 business days I did not receive a response from your company so I called back and spoke to another rep who said some one would get back to me that day. I received a call back from your company and said they would only refund me 10.00 dollars of the shipping charge. I was floored by that figure. Let me just say its NOT the 16.50 it is total principle I paid for a service and I did not receive it, Period!!!!. That ten dollar figure i feel was just to stroke me and shut me up. I then explained to your rep that I was an electrical contractor, and I was ready to order additional equipment but I would not be cause of this terrible experience with your company. I ordered the equipment with my personnel name and information as a test of your company and I must say i am completely disappointed by this experience and will not recommend or do any additional business with your Company. I expressed this to your rep and he then said he would now completely refund my shipping charges because he did not want to lose my business. I'm sorry your company most likely has. If a manager of an other executive would like to discuss this unfortunate experience feel free to contact me with my information that is on file. .
