Great rotaring and finance system. Have been using it for a long time and each question is addressed promptly. Care Planner has an excellent Support Service Team. Would be nice if they could offer everything so that we do not have to use other applications alongside it.

Chris was really helpful. I needed help with the finance side of the system and he could not have been more efficient and understanding. My issues were resolved really quickly and Chris was patient whilst he talked me through the right steps. Chris your help was much appreciated on a Friday morning!

This is the best Rostering system we have used, it can do everything, and it so easy to use all my staff love it. As a company we wouldn’t use anything else And all the care-planner staff are very helpful if there is a Query

I find Lauren to be extremely helpful and polite. She shows patience and understanding when explaining herself. Lauren has been excellent throughout our training and nothing is too much trouble for her. (Please don't change our Account Manager!! :) )

I would recommend Care Planner. The training was excellent. It was presented at the right speed and very easy to follow. After the training I logged on straight away and started using it. The system was easy to use and follow just as in training.

We are a small domiciliary care agency. We were looking to digitise our care notes, care plans and rotas. The guys at careplanner have been brilliant. The customer service is clear and patient, technology is our team's strongest point! We are very grateful for this. We were assigned Adam Wood as our account manager. Adam is always available, patient and friendly. We would recommend careplanner to other similar sized agencies.
